he just demanded ID and told me i would be arrested if i give him the ID.

it seems that he was intent not on doing what HE HAD TO DO to get probable cause to arreste me and PROVE that i was committing a CRIME but instead make ME PROVE I WASNT COMMITTING A CRIME.

then as i told him i was refusing to talk to him and taking the 5th and refusing to give him id he started to lower his demands.

well if you dont give me id i will kick you off the campus and arrest you if you come here again.

i wont take your word for it and you have to PROVE your a student here. which is bullshit. the courts expect him to prove IM tresspassing, they could care less if i can prove im not tresspassing

not once while we were in the building and while i was logged on to the computer did he accuse me of stealing computer time or using the computer illegally. it wasnt till we got out side and i had logged off the computer that he lied and said people were accusing me of using the computer.

also the first pig refused to give me his first name. the first pig also refused to give me his badge number.

the 2nd pig didnt give me his first name or his badge number. the 2nd pig lied and said his bagde number was ONE.

the pig told me "HE DIDNT BELEIVE ME THAT I WAS A STUDENT". which means he doenst live by the rule that the pigs have to prove i committed a crime. but that I HAVE TO PROVE I DIDNT COMMIT A CRIME. thats not probable cause to arrest me. thats bullshit. sue the basterd.
